Leadership Team

Eric Goodstein, the Managing Partner of VoIPX International, has been shaping the telecommunications landscape since 2009 when he embarked on his career with NACT Solutions, VoIPX’s sister company. At NACT, he played a pivotal role in general business operations and drove sales and marketing efforts.

In 2012, Eric shifted his focus entirely to VoIPX, where he has been instrumental in crafting the company’s sales and growth strategy, alongside overseeing general business operations and regulatory compliance. He actively manages both the internal sales team and a network of agents pivotal to the company’s success.

Known for his strong ties within the New York business community, Eric is adept at fostering relationships with business owners through strategic networking.

Educationally, Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and an MBA from Hofstra University.

Gene Venturino is a veteran in the telecom sector for near 20 years and currently serves as Managing Partner of VoIPX, International. Alongside VoIPX, Venturino serves as COO of World Communications Group Services. Additionally, he serves as COO/Board Member for Sister Company’s NACT Solutions, LLC.

Venturino also co-founded Telco System Solutions (“TSS”) and currently serves as COO. Prior to TSS, Venturino served as EVP of Operations of RSLCOM’s Prime Call™ Prepaid Subsidiary, where he rose rapidly through the ranks to become one of RSL’s youngest officers and led the company’s expansion in prepaid market with sales over $250 million annually.

Venturino holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus in Brookville, NY May 1992.

Arnie Goodstein is a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years in the telecommunications industry. He has been recognized by the International Who’s Who of business professionals as an industry leader and is a frequent speaker at industry events.

Goodstein is currently the Chairman of the board for VoIPX International, Inc. alongside its sister company, NACT Solutions, LLC.  Additionally, he founded World Communication Group Services, Ltd. (WCGS). Combined, these organizations work side by side supporting one another’s business models.

Prior to this, Goodstein was appointed President/CEO of RSL Communications – PrimeCall Inc. part of (NASD: RSLCF) founded by Ronald S. Lauder where Goodstein built the company to in excess of $250 Million. Before RSL, Arnie sold Public Switch Corporation to ITC Telecommunications where he became the SVP of the prepaid subsidiary for ITC and later acquired by RSL.

Goodstein also cofounded Telco Systems Solutions (“TSS”) and currently serves as President. His prior telecom career began in 1984 when he founded Coin-OP Telecom, which later merged into Multiplex Services (OTC: BB) where he served as President.

Arnie attended Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, where he studied Electrical Engineering.
