Arnie Goodstein is a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years in the telecommunications industry. He has been recognized by the International Who’s Who of business professionals as an industry leader and is a frequent speaker at industry events.
Goodstein is currently the CEO of VoIPX International, Inc. alongside its sister company, NACT Solutions, LLC, where he is presently serving as President/CEO/Board Member. Additionally, he founded World Communication Group Services, Ltd. (WCGS) and at present serves as CEO. He is also the Cofounder of American VOIP, Inc. and serves as President. Combined, these organizations work side by side supporting one another’s business models.
Prior to this, Goodstein was appointed President/CEO of RSL Communications – PrimeCall Inc. part of (NASD: RSLCF) founded by Ronald S. Lauder where Goodstein built the company to in excess of $250 Million. Before RSL, Arnie sold Public Switch Corporation to ITC Telecommunications where he became the SVP of the prepaid subsidiary for ITC and later acquired by RSL.
Goodstein also cofounded Telco Systems Solutions (“TSS”) and currently serves as President. His prior telecom career began in 1984 when he founded Coin-OP Telecom, which later merged into Multiplex Services (OTC: BB) where he served as President.
Arnie attended Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn, where he studied Electrical Engineering.
Gene Venturino is a veteran in the telecom sector for near 20 years and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of VoIPX, International. Alongside VoIPX, Venturino serves as COO of World Communications Group Services. Additionally, he serves as COO/Board Member for Sister Company’s NACT Solutions, LLC.
Venturino co-founded American VOIP, an IP-based wholesale communications company delivering next generation VOIP carrier services for wholesale telecommunications carriers where he currently serves as CEO,.
Venturino also co-founded Telco System Solutions (“TSS”) and currently serves as COO. Prior to TSS, Venturino served as EVP of Operations of RSLCOM’s Prime Call™ Prepaid Subsidiary, where he rose rapidly through the ranks to become one of RSL’s youngest officers and led the company’s expansion in prepaid market with sales over $250 million annually.
Venturino holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus in Brookville, NY May 1992.
Eric Goodstein is SVP of Sales and Marketing for VoIPX International. He started his telecom career in 2009 with VoIPX’s sister Company NACT Solutions. Eric’s responsibilities at NACT consisted of general business management, sales and marketing.
In 2012 Eric shifted his full time focus to VoIPX and has been responsible for the company’s sales and growth strategy ever since. Eric actively manages the company’s internal sales force and a large group of Agents who bring sales to the company.
As active member of the New York business community Eric has become an expert in building relationships with business owners through networking. He currently sits on the Board of a Major New York-based Networking group.
Eric Holds a Bachelors degree from George Washington University and an MBA from Hofstra University.
Itzhak Fisher leverages over three decades of mergers, acquisitions and initial public offerings experience as an entrepreneur, investment manager and acquirer. As the former executive vice president of Global Business Development for Nielsen (until 2014), he was responsible for strategic business development initiatives and mergers and acquisitions that enhanced Nielsen’s capabilities. Itzhak deployed over $3 billion of investments for Nielsen, in over 30 ventures, ranging in size from $500,000 investments to over $1.3 billion, and serves as an advisor to Nielsen.
Prior to joining Nielsen, Itzhak executed multiple start-up-to-sale successes. He was co-founder and chairman of Trendum, a leader in Internet search and linguistic analysis technologies. In 2005, he led Trendum’s acquisition of BuzzMetrics, an online word-of-mouth research leader, and negotiated its 2006 acquisition of Intelliseek. Itzhak served as chairman of the combined entity, BuzzMetrics, which was subsequently acquired by Nielsen in 2007 at a $110 million valuation. Following the acquisition, Itzhak served as the Chairman of Nielsen BuzzMetrics, the Executive Vice President of Global Product Leadership and the Executive Chairman of Nielsen’s Online division.
Previously, Itzhak founded and served as president and CEO of RSL Communications (NASDAQ: RSLC), a telecommunications firm with operations in 22 countries across four continents with more than $1.5 billion in revenues. Under Itzhak’s leadership, in 1997 the business acquired a majority stake in internet protocol telephony, Delta Three Inc. for $10 million, which was separately publicly listed three years later with an initial public offering over $300 million. Itzhak also led RSL’s $33 million investment in Telegate (a German international directory assistance firm) and sold the interest approximately 2 years later for €300 million. In 1997, Itzhak led RSL Telecommunications’ listing on the NASDAQ at a valuation of over $1 billion.
Itzhak holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) from New York Institute of Technology and has pursued advanced studies in computer science at New York University.
